How long will it take to setup my account?
If you have paid online you can expect to have your account setup and within 4 hours. Otherwise accounts are only activated, once funds are cleared with our bankers.

Where do I log in?
We provide many custom accounts with multiple providers, so it is difficult to include quick links here. You will however have received that information via email when your account was setup. If you have lost those details, please contact us with details of your domain name, account username and any other relevant info and they will be sent to you.

I want to upgrade, where can I do that?
Contact us with details of what and how you would like your account upgraded. As you will already know we specialize in custom solutions, there are simply too many options to list here and keep things user friendly. We will send you a detailed invoice by return  and upgrade your account on receipt of payment.

I need several hosting accounts, what discounts do you offer?
Discounted rates are available for customers with 3 or more accounts. See: multi domain hosting.

Are there any types of site that you DON'T host?
Yes. We do not host adult sites or those promoting or participating illegal activities. For full details, please see our terms and conditions.

What support do you offer beginners with no knowledge of hosting?
All of our plans feature comprehensive online support developed by leaders in the industry. We fully understand that some of our customers need additional help to get going and as part of our 'talk to us' culture we recommend that you whatever your needs, you do just that. In the first instance contact us via our online form. We promise a prompt response.

If you would like to speak to someone, gives us a call on 08456 444 939 (10 am to 10pm, Mon to Sat, GMT). If your problem is with aspects of your account for which there is comprehensive online documentation you may be asked to make a further telephone support appointment so we can dedicate time to your query.

I no longer need hosting, how do I cancel?
You  may cancel your hosting plan at any time, for any reason, by clicking on the button below and following the simple instructions. This will stop further automated requests for payment and close the account for the specified domain name.
